Shannon was personable and awesome to talk to during the estimate. She answered all questions asked. When the day came for install, the team showed up earlier than planned (which was good) and did a 1st rate job! They made sure that the work area was kept clean during the install as well as went over all the warranty, maintenance and functions of the equipment. I am very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend them!

The technician arrived on time, actually ahead of time. Todd ******** explained everything he was going to do as part of the garage door tune-up. The work was done at a fair price. He also explained what I could/should do to keep the system running smoothly. He finished promptly and covered options for replacing the motor and drive in the future for quieter operation should we choose to do so. I would recommend Precision Garage Door to my friends and neighbors.

Shannon with precision was awesome! She accommodated us by meeting with my mom while my husband and I worked, she didn't try to oversell us and gave us multiple estimates to give us options. She was so personable and informative, we are so excited to be getting our new garage door with them. She made us feel like we will be taken care of no matter what happens and their warranty and 24/7 service calls are just the cherry on top!
Technician was professional, and knowledgeable about the product and the company.

First contact with Precision Door office staff was very professional and positive and we quickly had a date/time for a service call. Jeff arrived promptly, keeping us apprised of his timings and was here when he said he would be. He assured us he could fix our problem but then we made additional inquires about how to fix the noisy doors when lower/lifted) , we began to discuss additional up grades.
