Excellent experience all around. Shannon performed the estimate work; she is polite, friendly and engaging. She explained everything (options, costs, sequence of tasks, ordering, etc) thoroughly. After speaking with my spouse, we agreed to move ahead with removal and installation of two new garage doors and installation of openers. Couldn't be happier with the prompt service. Technician Alex called ahead of scheduled appointment time slot to ask if it was okay to come early. He went right to work replacing broken spring, cables, and worn out rollers. He then made sure everything was lubricated, as required. Garage door is quiet and smooth operating now!
