Polestar is not honorable and they do not reflect their mantra, "It's All About the Relationship. I referred at least $10,000 worth of business to them and when I had an issue with my furnace, they charged me for a part that cost $2,500 (evaporator coil) saying it was dirty when in fact it was not. They did not offer to refund me my money when they realized they made a mistake. Polestar ignored me on several occasions so I had to call my credit card company to pull the money back.
