Larry did an awesome job explaining how our furnace works and what he was doing during our annual furnace maintenance in order to ensure its efficiency and life span. We are pleased with this company and will be requesting Larry for our annual tune ups.

The technicians did an awesome job installing our new central air conditioner and furnace. They were neat and professional, answered all of our questions, and seemed to work together very well.
We woke up to a chilly house on a cold January morning. I called Polestar around 7AM and Larry came out to diagnose our 21 year old furnace less than two hours later! He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing in great detail. Ultimately, repairing was too much money for such an old system.
