My furnace was old and not working right so I called on a Sunday and ***** came and gave me three options I chose a new ********* guys came on Monday and by 3pm I had new everything. ***** great and they did a wonderful job.Would definitely recommend Polestar.
Larry was a pleasure to have at our home performing annual air conditioner maintenance. He was informative in his ways of teaching us how our air conditioner works and what needs to be done every year to pro-long the life span of the unit. We are extremely pleased with Larry (technician) and this companies services.

Buyer beware: We lost heat in the night and were very concerned about our pipes freezing due to extreme temperatures. Our favorite local HVAC company could not get us in until late morning and we felt that this needed to be resolved ASAP. We scrambled and made several phone calls before receiving a return call from PoleStar. Tech said he could be at our house within 15 minutes. We were so relieved.
