Polestar is the absolute worst company I've ever done business with. The air conditioning unit they installed hasn't worked since day one. They refuse to fix the problem or refund my money. Their management team is both rude and unresponsive and their technicians do not show up for scheduled appointments. Home owners beware! My experience with ******* has been horrendous!"
