Been using Polestar for several years now to handle our annual heating and ac checks. As usual, our recent maintenance check was super. The techs were on time and gave us a call 30 minutes out to confirm. They were also very friendly and answered several questions I had. Highly recommend Polestar to other folks needing HVAC and plumbing services.

They installed our water heater without sealing off the gas line correctly. IT CAUSED A GAS LEAK IN OUR HOME!!! The leak was found on a Saturday. We had not felt well but thought we were getting sick. We only found it because someone came in our home and warned us they smelled gas. We were able to get out and the gas company found the leak from the water heater. Thankfully the house didn't explode and we got out. However, this was a gas leak, so no matter how serious the leak was, the rep should have told you we would be out there the same day and make it work around the schedule. Once it got to one of our supervisors, we were able to get a plumber out there within 2 hours of your husbands call to repair the leak.
