Exceptional customer service!After purchasing a new AC and Furnace from our previous HVAC company of 36 years, their customer service had deteriorated to the point of making a difficult decision to find a new company. We were impressed by our initial phone call to Polestar. When our tech, ***, came out for our appointment, he was considerate of our home, knowledgeable with his skills, and explained their plan for annual maintenance. We are glad to be on board with Polestar!
***** did a very thorough job checking over the A/C for summer use. He was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I am always pleased with Polestar.
