*** gave good service, we learned a lot about our furnace, our humidifier, and our thermostat, thank you.
*** was Great to work with, he helped get my Furnace running and scheduled a follow up appointment for me. He also helped me with some information regarding some electrical cords. He came the same day that I called.

Gave them a try because they bought ********************* heating and A/C out. Four year old furnace that the heat strips quit working. After 3 days of not being able to make it here finally told them if they didnt show would find someone else. After showing up the tech told me we had no electricity at the unit, I checked the breakers and nothing was tripped he tested again and magically we had power. We had an annual furnace check; *** was **************. He was very professional, nice, and explained things very well. No major issues were found. He made useful recommendations for our equipment situation. Overall, I was pleased with his service.
Had an urgent hvac matter (potentially dangerous) and was able to have one of their experts come out nearly right away. ***** has a masters in hvac engineering and was AMAZINGLY knowledgeable. Located severe issues that required immediate mitigation, took photos, explained everything in ************* and provided a variety of next steps along with availability. He was teaching class and we were the students. So nice and so focused on helping us as quickly as possible. I am a huge fan now.
