They showed up late and didn't do what I I hired them for and overcharged me. Other than that, they were fine.

When we removed the old, leaking toilet we found it had leaked for so long the floor was spongy and had rotted. We discussed the options, and offered to rebuild the floor from below. We offered you the standard price for that job, but agreed to take off the cost of the toilet installation if you wanted us to complete the repair. So they were extremely quick to call me and get things set up. They even showed up early to do the work! Ben and Mike were the guys that worked on my 2 projects and they were professional and CLEAN no mess and the work works which is exactly what you want!

They spent 3 hours doing my annual AC/ furnace maintenance. They were very thorough.

The company wasn't able to solve my particular issue but the customer service was fantastic. A customer relationship representative called me for a follow up and offered different alternatives to solve my problem which were very helpful.

They were easy to talk to and were courteous. Covered carpet so as to make sure debris or water wouldn't get on carpet.

Able to complete the work the next day after they came out to take a look at my sump pump. I received a quote that did not include parts, which I was not told I was responsible for. I bought the sump pump and they installed it for 120, but they wanted 195. I wish I would have had a written quote, so it would have saved me the embarrassment and 30 minutes sitting with the worker, to receive approval from the supervisor to approve the original quote.

We made an appointment on Thursday for them to come Saturday between 8-10:00 to install a garbage disposal. When we had heard nothing by 10:00 we called and were told the woman had mistakenly booked our appointment for Monday. We were told they would be here in 45 minutes (10:45). Danny got here around noon. We asked for a discount and were not given one because we were already being charged the 'base' price which was pretty high.
