Excellent service from start to finish! Brandon and Blaine completed a water heater install and repaired a few other plumbing issues. I highly recommend Polestar.

Found they people I delt with to be professional and polite.The technician (Brandon) was helpful , explained what had happened and made the repairs . I would recommend the company to anyone who was in need of their services....

They were responsive from beginning to end. Danny came out to give the estimate in the morning and we had our new refrigerator line installed and hooked up that afternoon.

Brandon did a great job! He had to get through 5" of a 1930 concrete sub-floor to get new water lines to the bathroom. Very polite.

Scheduled first appt in the morning 8:00 a.m., they arrived 2 hours late after I called to double check they were still coming. Was told they wouldn't have to come into the house to complete job, they did.

Thank you for the feedback. We offer appointment arrival windows that are typically 2 hours wide in order to not waste your day. Being toward the end of the window is still within the window. Also, to clean out a dryer vent we have to go from the inside out because we don?t want to push any obstructions further in. We have to start from the inside and push them out of the home to get those lines clear.

The job itself was done well. But we had a lot of scheduled visits where they did not show up and had to be rescheduled. The tub was accidentally chipped, and that took several weeks to finally get it repaired. Very nice people, but it was very frustrating to wait for the repairman, only to find out the job was rescheduled.
