service people were good and efficient, however, a little pricy for just running a 50 ft snake thru the drain

Minus the qualms that I had with scheduling, the service I received was amicable and professional. I went through HomeAdvisor.Com, and received a text almost immediately from Danny asking to setup a time. However, the time the technician was supposed to show up and actually arrived continued to be pushed back until it was 5 hours later. I was less then impressed with Danny's customer service skills, as he made promises to call me and give me a status report on the technicians arrival on more than one occasion-which never hap... read more

They were very customer oriented; they diagnosed my plumbing issue and fixed it. Along the way they were professional and also left my house just as clean as when they got there.

Repairman answered all my questions and more, and did not push me towards unnecessary and expensive repairs. Polestar is now on our cupboard door to call first, and it's hard to get on that door!
