Good job on installing new faucet in kitchen. Their truck left oil spot in my driveway.

We made an appointment with the customer to get the oil spill cleaned up, but when he went out there to look at the spot again, the spot had vanished. We try to maintain our vehicles well and keep everything as neat as it was when we arrived. We're glad there was no damage to the driveway and no oil was spilled. Fixed something that didn't need to be fixed. Couldn't fix something that I ended up fixing.

When getting price quote, they are not clear that it is a starting price and can be much higher. They need to make that clear on the phone. It was not too much more than the quote, but guy on phone should have said it will be higher if etc etc.

We really appreciate your feedback, and we are sorry for the miscommunication. Doing phone bids can be a bit tricky because we haven't seen everything. We will start with a price estimate over the phone, and after we come out and reassess the situation we will give the quote for the job and always discuss it before we start any work. Showed up on time,did the work for the price quoted and cleaned up.

I made arrangement with contractors to be home with the payment at 5. Kim finance person called at 4 wanting me to leave the 50 kids at rehearsal and go home because they are about done and can't leave. When I got home at 5 they still had 30 min of work left. Thanks for the extra stress Kim
