I have used Polestar three times in recent months. They responded to an urgent call when my sump pump failed, they serviced my furnace and they ran a gas pipe for a new gas stove. They were competitive. They came out within hours for the sump pump even though we never had used them before. And they were prompt and courteous and knowledgeable both every time. Definitely would use them again.

Had Polestar do a sewer main clean out. They did the work and told me (and on the invoice) that it was guaranteed for 30 days. A couple of weeks later I was doing laundry and my sewer backed up and overflowed into my garage. I called them (on a Saturday) and they said they would send out a plumber. The plumber called me and said he would be by later in the day. The plumber never showed up and when I tried to call him or the main number, no one answered. I had a leaking water heater on a Sunday morning. Danny and Steve Jackman came within 2 hours and replaced the water heater quickly and cleaned up everything. Their price was reasonable and much cheaper than two others I contacted. I plan to use them for replacement of my hvac system. Hot water within the hour after replacement!
