The technician was fine but the pricing was a clear rip off. It was 100 degrees out so they took advantage of the situation. They charged $245.00 for a $10.00 part. 10 min. to troubleshoot and replace the part. I understand mark-ups and service call charges but sheesh. My wife is ill so I had no choice.

Polestar does not have the capability to do remodeling work. Do not come to an agreement on changes with a handshake with these people even after you have agreed to an original scope of work! If you hire this company, get everything in writing. I trusted them like I have for every plumber for 40 years. Did not work out.

Very nice and efficient. It was not simple to install, and they worked for many hours on it, and did a great job. Highly recommend!
