Very professional. We had them service our older HVAC unit. Technician was very personable and seemed to know what he was doing. We will definitely use them again.

The service technician arrived as scheduled and completed the overall servicing of the a/c unit within an hour. He explained the services that he provided and provided some options on possibly replacing the unit since it is nearing its expected service life. Promised to provide quotes for options on replacing the equipment within a few days and delivered on that promise. Final decision is now pending on the replacement question.

Called to have drain blockage cleared. According to the average cost for such a job posted on HomeAdvisor for Polestar the average cost is in the range of $97-$200. My bill was $844. More than 4x the advertised average cost. the guy they sent did not have all the tools he needed to do the job so he had to wait for another person bring what he needed. Ok, so I never write these, but I called Polestar to inspect the plumbing in the new home I was purchasing. The gentleman I spoke with explained everything they would do and even told me what to look for and gave me questions to ask (truly, as a woman who knows ZERO about plumbing, I was completely clueless).
