Installed 2 sillcocks, one of which was leaking profusely. Service was timely, competent, respectful and friendly. It doesn't get any better than that! Your plumber Sam is a gem!

They repaired a pipe leak in the attic. They were 1/2 hr. later than they told me. They did call but since I was waiting on them an earlier call would have been nice. They had to leave for material. so I asked them to call me when they returned which they did not do. When I arrived back at the job he had just finished. He did a good job on the repair and the workers were polite & courteous.

I had a great experience with Polestar. They stuck to the firm price quote that they gave me, and hauled my old water heater off with no extra charge. They called me to discuss payment, and called to let me know that the service men were on their way to my home. The service men were very professional and personable and explained everything I needed to know about my new water heater. I would definitely use them again.

We believe Pole Star was very honest with us. They provided a great job with installing new duct work and replacing a new furnace & air conditioner. Every individual we had contact with: office, installers, bidders, etc. were very professional & friendly. They were very dependable, and communicated well with us about the project before and during. The products they installed seem to be good quality. We are very pleased!
