Darren was professional, on-time and the crew did a nice job with little mess to clean up afterward. Pole Star was the only plumbing company that actually looked at my original sump pump problem and didn't try to convince me I had to tear up half of my basement and install a second sump pump.

The tech (Nick, I believe) was very quick to respond to my request, and quoted me a fair price once he arrived on the scene the following morning. The staff was very pleasant to work with in helping orchestrate my needs for both A/C and a drained shower. Afterwards, I was told that the price also included a complementary inspection for my heater in the fall. A good business model, and I look forward to future business with Polestar.

Quoted 5 companies and this was the best value combination of quality, reliable reputation, and cost. They showed up on time, answered all my questions throughout the process and did not try to oversell what I needed. It's 2 weeks later and I'm happy with the choice I made. I'd recommend them to family or friends.

The office called me right away when they received the work order, had a technician literally just 2 blocks away. They gave us the estimate and the tech, Nathan, was able ti get AC cleaned and working in a very short time. Thank you!
