The plumbing works however there were a few items left for me to finish after they left.

They were able to come out the same day and my a/c was diagnosed & fixed within 35 min. It was AWESOME!

Poor Service. Poor Quality. Unfair Price. Do not hire them. I would not recommend them.

We sincerely apologize for your frustration. We always strive to provide competitive pricing and customer service that goes above and beyond. All customers are provided a bid prior to our technicians doing the work and we always stay within that bid price. We stand behind our quality, as this type of job must be approved by the cities specifications and it was approved. Our technicians always follow proper protocol by pulling a permit. When working with the city and the gas company, we must follow their schedule.
We have not used a plumber in the past. Polestar was very responsive to our emergency call. We had a break in our main sewer line on Thursday, by Friday they figured out the area and solution to the problem and started construction Monday morning. They worked out all the details with the City, Johnson County, and had us back to normal by Monday afternoon. Their staff was so great and courteous and customer service was great all the way to their accounting office. Thank you Polestar!

They were prompted to come out to repair our air conditioner. Staff was very friendly!

My air conditioning recently went out and Polestar immediately contacted me to explain when they would be out and what they would do. Nathan (technician) was great and honest with regard to needing a new compressor, but also told me the costs for a new unit. He was not pushy on wanting me to get a new air conditioning unit. The cost of the compressor was cheap and he had fixed it quickly. I would highly recommend them and their company!

Arrived same day and fixed our issue quickly. My only complaint is they said they would call when they were on their way. So when they did, I put my dogs upstairs to get out of the way, but they didn't show up for another 2 hours. My dogs could have been out that whole time instead of stuck upstairs.

The did a great job repairing my central A/C. They gave me an estimate that night and showed up the next day and did the repair. They even helped with financing.
