The only problem was they told me they would arrive on Thursday between 2pm and 4pm. At 3:50 I called the main number and they said they wouldn't be able to make it that day. Had to reschedule for the next day. I understand things come up and sometimes appointments have to be rescheduled, I just wish they would have called me sooner, rather than me having to call them. The actual work was done very quickly and well, and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely refer them to friends/family.

Sent a master plumber to resolve my issue (smell of rotten cabbage) in my laundry room. It had been there for almost three months and two plumbers, an exterminator, and a biologist couldn't solve it! Thoughtful approach to what the problem was (the last plumber recommended that we start ripping out drywall to see what was behind that could be causing the smell). The master plumber solved it for the price of a service call! Thank you, Polestar!

Polestar really came through for me today and the service technician, Ryan, was extremely helpful and trustworthy. This is the first week where we have had 100 degree temps and some water condensation from my humidifier leaked and corroded wires that ran my air conditioner. I called at 7 am, after a sleepless night of sweating, and got an immediate call back. Another popular company here couldn't get me in until Friday!! These guys are awesome. I am not from the KC area and was not sure If I was getting a decent cost. I knew I needed an A coil, but never factored the cost of replacing the furnace also due to the age of the home (as this is a starter home) ALL APPOINTMENTS ON TIME AND A SERVICE CHECK POINT DONE.....
