Very fast to complete project. Our home AC was out after returning from vacation and Polestar was out that same day to look at our unit. They determined that it needed to be replaced and was able to schedule a new HVAC install the following day. Great Team

2 Toilets replaced and 2 laundry faucets replaced. All debris was hauled away. Darin was professional and courteous.

Quick turn around on installing my sump pump and had great follow-up and had supervisor revisit the site a week later to check the work .

Problem with air conditioner. In the heat and humidity, I figured it would take days to get anyone out to take a look at it. They were out the very next morning but the unit was froze up so they returned in the afternoon to assess the damage. The choice was to spend quite a bit on repairs or package the deal with the air conditioner, new furnace, hot water heater, and humidifier. All of them were far from new so it was a long hot day putting that many workers in a small space but I think it was a very good deal. I had had ba... read more
