Darin arrived on time and quickly got to work. He troubleshoot the issue and it turns out it was not the expensive problem I was dreading. Darin was professional, helpful, friendly and respectful. I'd hire Polestar again in a second.

The guys were professional, friendly & helpful. They not only cleaned up after themselves (after installing a brand new water heater), but they cleaned up all the other mess that had resulted from the leak. Including mud that was NOT related to them. Returned my broom cleaner than when I gave it to them! Offered advice on an unrelated plumbing issue as well. Definitely going back to Polestar for all future heating, cooling & plumbing issues.

This was my 1st experience with Home Advisor. Mark with PoleStar called me promptly after i submitted my info. They sent Tom who was very professional and informative on my issues. He was able to fix my AC issue. I couldn't be happier with the service. They made me very comfortable signing up for their yearly maintenance plan. I would recommend PoleStar to others.
