They did a good job but priced a little high

Thank you for allowing the plumbers at Polestar to install your new hot water heater, sir. We strive to keep our prices competitive. Recently the City of Olathe enacted a new code which requires the addition of a thermal expansion tank on the installation of new hot water heaters. Unfortunately, this new government regulation makes it necessary to raise the price slightly for the extra material and labor. Thank you again, sir!
We discovered that our water heater was "blown out" this morning. Polestar sent someone out within 40 minutes to give a free appraisal. We had a new water heater by that same afternoon. Quick, efficient and courteous. I will use them again. I will recommend them to others.
