Very fast to complete project. Our home AC was out after returning from vacation and Polestar was out that same day to look at our unit. They determined that it needed to be replaced and was able to schedule a new HVAC install the following day. Great Team

2 Toilets replaced and 2 laundry faucets replaced. All debris was hauled away. Darin was professional and courteous.

Quick turn around on installing my sump pump and had great follow-up and had supervisor revisit the site a week later to check the work .

Problem with air conditioner. In the heat and humidity, I figured it would take days to get anyone out to take a look at it. They were out the very next morning but the unit was froze up so they returned in the afternoon to assess the damage. The choice was to spend quite a bit on repairs or package the deal with the air conditioner, new furnace, hot water heater, and humidifier. All of them were far from new so it was a long hot day putting that many workers in a small space but I think it was a very good deal. I had had ba... read more

They were very fast to respond. Their tech Sam came out very next morning, pumped out standing water, did evaluation and estimate at that time. Advised that they could get work done that day. This was to clean out mud in sump pit, put in gravel and replace sump pump, a three hour job in a very narrow crawl space. I was getting a couple other quotes so I waited a couple days but ended up hiring them for the job. Their price for the job seemed very reasonable and they were able to get to it before anyone else.
