They were very fast to respond. Their tech Sam came out very next morning, pumped out standing water, did evaluation and estimate at that time. Advised that they could get work done that day. This was to clean out mud in sump pit, put in gravel and replace sump pump, a three hour job in a very narrow crawl space. I was getting a couple other quotes so I waited a couple days but ended up hiring them for the job. Their price for the job seemed very reasonable and they were able to get to it before anyone else. After a Sears tech told me he couldn't fix my A/C, but charged me $75. The Polestar guys spent half the time and fixed the problem. Good work and good advice. tanks Guys.

They were here the same day to repair our AC as well as give us an estimate on a new system. I don't remember the tech's name but he was very pleasant and gave us a lot of good advise. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to others.

Very prompt , friendly and informative. The person who visited my home also gave me options that needed to be done. But to my surprise he gave me options to get them from the company, how to do myself and even recommended additional research. Amazing service and I will use them again!!

They called within 5 minutes, were at my house in 1 hour and completed the repair in 40 minutes. I had a broken pipe going to the shutoff valve on a toilet. Devin who repaired it was very professional and even cleaned up afterwards. I was very impressed and would definitely use them again.
