Called on a Sunday afternoon and spoke with Darin. He was there himself the very next morning at 7:00am, took care of my clogged drain (which was not easy to get to) and was finished up in about 30 minutes. Very personable and professional. Very fair price, too. I would use Polestar again without hesitation.

The plumber sent out had to assist with diagnosing a leak and the source was not easy to find! He planned on coming out to give an estimate and it took quite a bit more time than he thought it would, but he was very patient and did not rush. Excellent customer service.

These guys were great. Showed up on time, explained what they were going to do, how much it would cost, and it took them way less time than I'd anticipated. Very professional and courteous. It was a relatively simple (for THEM) job of disconnecting a gas dryer, but it was time sensitive to me in preparation for selling the home, and they scheduled quickly and showed up on time and delivered.
