They did the job at hand just fine but the extra small jobs were a little more cost inflated than expected. Then I had a follow-up call for another issue, my furnace and it's thermostat, a check-up, and they did a great job. The technician, named Jimmy, was very knowledgeable and I will be a return customer.

I found this company difficult to work with when an issue came up. Had to hire ANOTHER plumber to correct an issue that should have never happened. I hired Polestar to do preventative maintenance - they did not do it and as a result I had sewage back up into my basement. I asked Polestar for a refund and Mike, from Polestar plumbing, (would not provide last name) was rude, condescending and outright hateful as I tried to ask questions and get the situation resolved. After installing the cameras we saw that there were additional problems within your sewer line. once i clicked the contact button polestar called me with in like 30 seconds. NO one else called and one of them emailed me to contact them (seriously?). I even tried Bobs and Bob wanted $49 (so if he wast to be to high i would had to still pay Bob Hamilton) just to come out for an estimate! (told Bobs to take a hike!) Pole star gave me an estimate over the phone and was a range and they ended up at the bottom of that range.
