They came when they said they would. Seemed like really nice guys. They unclogged my drain and it only cost me $65. Then they left. But I now know where to find them.

Sam and Michael were the technicians, they were business like and were very capable in performing the install. They stayed to make sure everything was working properly and no leaks were incurring. They cleaned the working area after the job was completed to the original state and hauled away all the old appliances. I would recommend both technicians and Polestar for your plumbing issues.

I had leaky pipes along, and in, the ceiling of the basement of my fifty year old house, I was afraid it would cost a fortune to fix. The amount they charged was very reasonable for the amount of work that was done. They also replaced two toilets for half of the cost that another local company quoted me a years ago. I am a very happy customer.
