it grew to be a bigger job than expected.

When I first contacted them, the technician was at our immediately and provided us an estimate with the work starting on Saturday. However, Saturday no one showed up or notified us. After we contacted them, the technician told us he got an emergency and will be there later. Later never came, we waited from 10-5, but technician never came. On Monday, I called to notify the business and found out that we had an appointment scheduled that we didn't know about. For my experience their follow is sorely lacking. Seems like communication within the company is poor. Seems one hand does not know what the other is doing. I was offered a free service contract but when I called to inquire no one knew anything about it. The owner(?) called back to say he would check into it. To date I have not received a call back. However, everything else was fine.
