The problem our AC system was not obvious...took the time to find the problem. Fortunatly it was not a expensive replacement part

They didn't come prepared with toilet stool in the truck and had to wait for them to get one for replacement

During the prior conversations with the homeowner only repair of the toilet was discussed, never replacement. This was why we did not have the toilet in the truck with us. The issues described with the toilet described to us seemed minor and easily repairable. When we got to the job however we discovered that the damage was more extensive than described, and replacement, not repair, was the only option. There was major mix up on when they would be here. They were always friendly even when I was upset.

They were suppose to fix my sub pump but never came back to fix

The Tech did exactly what I asked to have done to the AC. No pressure in trying to sell me up on anything I did not need. He was In and Out in no time.

This was the first time I had used Polestar. We had an AC outage on a Friday night during a recent heat wave. They answered their phone at 8pm, and were actually apologetic they could not get someone out that night. They were here first thing Saturday morning, and had the AC fixed on Monday (didn't have a large part in stock). From a cost standpoint, I don't have any idea benchmark as to what a "good deal" or "bad deal" would be, but I certainly don't feel like I was sold something I didn't need.
