Kelly was awesome to work with in the office, Sam the tech did excellent & Quality work. I would recommend Polestar Plumbing, Heating & A/C if you want quality work at an affordable price. I am completely satisfied!!!

The tech who came out to assist, Nathan, was outstanding. We recently added a new addition to our family in the form of our newborn son and our a.c. went out. Nathan came promptly and was very empathetic and knowledgable about what we needed to do to fix things. He did so quickly and followed up with me to let me know what had occurred. I won't go anywhere else other than Polestar in the future bc of the great job he did.
