Job was done, just not very good quality. Old part was removed, but damaged the threads on the floor pipe. I will have some one else re-thread the drain so that the implemented part can be screwed in more than 1/2 a turn. Needs to be installed with 3 full turns to be secure. Also requested a bid on a new sump pump system but never received the quote. I will find another company.
The work was done very well but getting some paper work we needed was a bit difficult.

Needed same day help which they provided, arrived within the time frame provided. Very friendly and cleared drain quickly. My only concern was debris (black sludgy bits and small puddle of water) left under kitchen sink, and on pvc pipes after drain snake was removed.
