What a fiasco! After searching on Home Advisor for a plumber I selected this company to contact me based on their high ratings and very good reviews. I had never used them before. They called me immediately after I made the request to be contacted. I explained to Danny exactly what needed to be done to repair a toilet I gave him the brand & model # of the toilet and which part was needed for the repair. Cleared a totally blocked drain I couldnt. Mike and Brian werev Prompt, professional , courteous and cleaned up after they were done. I'll not hesitate hire them again when I need a plumber. Nice job guys.

Not knowledgeable. Did not show up on time 2.5 hours later 4-hour window had expired and NO phone calls to state they would be late. Numerous phone call made by workers to try and figure how to do the required jobs. Had to make several trips - at my expense to purchase supplies. Knew what they were going to do [they had been there and assessed situation] and still showed up without necessary supplies to finish project. And yet charged Premium Rates.
