A call with a service provider stating kitchen drain is stopped up. Polestar responds that will be $140. Appointment scheduled and two men show up. The first tool, either snake or auger, does not open the plugged drain. Technician advises they need to run the "jetter" for a cost of $345. I concur because I'm already in for $140 and still have a plugged up sink. That did not work. They found out by running water in the kitchen sink and flooding the basement bar sink and bar. Polestar were fast and professional working within my time frame. I was given a written contact prior to the work being done and the technician Tyler Guthrie was personable, fast and left my bathroom cleaner than he found it!

Appt time was communicated as 9:00 am. At 10:00 I called and was told that the tech would be here in about 20 min. I was also told that they called and I did not answer the call. After discussion it was determined that they did not have the correct phone nbr for me. At 10:45 I called again and was told that the window was 9:00 to 11:00 and they were not late. Polestar replaced our heating and cooling unit and water heater. The sales interaction was excellent and so far the items themselves are excellent and great value for the money. We had a bit of a communication issue with how long the actual install would take. We were told it would all be done in one day. It turned out to be 2 full days. We were only disappointed because the actual installers told us that the job was so big that there was no way it would get done in one day.
