They charged $89 to tell me they aren't allowed to unclog toilets.

We are a plumbing company, and unclogging toilets is definitely a part of what we do. However, when we went out to your place we did not have the right equipment to solve your issue. Because of that, we did not want to damage any of your property, or waste anyone's time with something that might not have even gotten the job done. We're sorry that you feel that we deserved a half star rating, but we are truly dedicated to our customer service and fixing problems correctly the first time.
We found Polestar via HomeAdvisor and use them for all our needs now. Our sump pump was repaired immediately and works better than before.

The scheduled work was agreed upon with of time of 10am-12pm. Was told work to take half a day. They didn't arrive until 4pm. Not wanting water off while doing supper. The next day they arrived promptly at 10 and worked until 5 without the original problem being solved (bathroom (sink without water flow and rusty pipe still in place). They also left water ain hole open and tools left behind.

Anthony came out and did our job for us. He did an excellent job. He finished the job in a very timely manner. When he was about to leave I just asked him one question about our furnace, He actually took the time to take the cover off and looked inside to give me my answer. He mentioned the company's service plan, but did not push the idea on us, which made us want to consider down the road , when our current company"s plan expires.
