These guys were Great! $1500 less for moving my air conditioner over than the company I have always used. That were on time, knowledgeable and professionals. I can't say enough good things about those poor techs working in the heat for 4 hours, I'm dropping my current HVAC company and going with them!,,l

The tech was prompt, courteous, neat and able. However, I thought the service was overpriced

At a very high peak time, I got next day service which made me very happy. I was very impressed with the professional Way everything was handled.

Polestar is a hidden gem. My air conditioner went out during a recent hot spell. My regular service providers were either slow to respond or booked so I went to Home Advisor. Polestar was the first to respond. They came out that same day and on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and professionally. I was so impressed that I asked them to do a full maintenance check on the unit. They even hosed down the unit to clean out debris build up. All for a very reasonable price.

Polestar replaced my sewage pipes for a very reasonable price and they also did a great job of explaining to me exactly what they'd be doing.

Polestar did a great job on my faucet. They also installed a water heater for me as well. Their plumbers are very professional and courteous. Their Field Supervisor, Danny is amazing to work with. I highly recommend Polestar.
