Polestar contacted me about the service, was up front with potential costing, and timing of the visit. Techs were within the 2 hour window and were both very knowledgeable and polite. Work completed to my satisfaction.

Company not interested in repair, only selling new equipment. Wouldn’t even troubleshoot

We did perform a cleaning and tune up of your system, and when we discovered that there were some issues with it we scheduled a time for one of our senior technicians to come out and go over your options with you. Very dedicated to completing the installation even though they did run into issues. There was some quality issues like they did not put the insulation all the way over the outside piping, PVC dust swept under shelves, dirtied up wall where thermostat was installed (we may have to repaint), etc. There was also an issue getting the right thermostat which took 2-3 visits. But, the install is solid and no AC issues. The price was great and the equipment is top notch.
