Had to make multiple trips to complete the project. Did a quality job with the installation work.

Do not use. Did not fix my problems and had poor follow up and customer service.

Jim, we didn't fix your problem because you wouldn't allow us to. We couldn't just auger out your drain line because it had collapsed. When we tried to do the auger, we found out that your line had collapsed and that is when we recommended to replace the drain line. You came in to talk to us about financing, and we weren't able to make that work. We followed up with you after the job, including the time you came into the office, and we just couldn't make it work for both sides. We know that having dr... read more

How do I delete projects I was just browsing for?

They were more expensive, charging $185 for a job other companies do for $99. They did not arrive when they said they would.

Thanks for your review, Kelly. We always give the price ahead of time so if there's any issue with it, there's no surprises and it can be resolved before the work is done. As far as the miscommunication on the time we were supposed to be there, we do apologize for that. Sometimes our jobs run a little longer than we expect them to. Because of that we try to be as conscientious as possible and give as much notice as we can.

Polestar came about 2 hrs. after I called which is faster than I expected. They called in advance to tell me they were on the way. They unclogged our sewer line quickly and cleaned up afterward. They used a camera to be sure the line was open. The 2 workers were friendly. Good customer service.

I made a next day appointment with them and no one contacted me to let me know they were running late; i found out by calling them wondering what was going on. A lady told me the tech was on his way but after an hour of waiting i called back and another rep stated the tech was still at the other job site. Needless to say i wasnt happy but agreed to reschedule the following day. The next day the tech arrived and said the outside was $50 higher than what was originally provided.
