The appointment process is messy, and inaccurate. HomeAdvisor site has Sunday time available, and that is a major factor that we selected them. And the service man came Saturday unexpectedly. We have to re-schedule couple times. Another area I did not give high grade is that even they came to estimate the final cost is still over run by $45.

On time , my problem would have required some access inside of wall and bracing to fully remedy .
