The gold star ultraplan is a great deal. I joined and it made my service call free plus gave me 10% off plumbing, equipment etc., plus 2 service checks per year.

I was in crisis mode due to the outside spigot falling off and water spewing out about 2 feet from my house! I contacted Home Advisor, and I got immediate contact from 2 companies; the first call couldn’t assist immediately; Polestar called and were here within an hour! Very polite, excellent service, very professional. I now have this company on my contact list!
