Four weeks into REPLACING one bathtub, they still were not done. We hired PoleStar because of their reviews but had the exact opposite experience. PoleStar came to our house 3/26 to replace our tub. The did not get the tub on the first day as they were removing the previous tub. The next day we called them to see if they were still coming, as we did not see them on our doorbell.
