I ended up calling them a 2nd time and they were gracious enough to send someone out and I just needed to know how to operate correctly the thermostat,very friendly and professional

Interesting experience. Unable to finish checking my heat pump, because it is too cold out to get accurate readings. So committed to having them come back later. At least they didn't try to fix something improperly.
