I was amazed that someone was able to do the job the same day that I called. Ross arrived within the window given, was very polite and professional. The job was completed in only an hour. I would definitely use Polestar again.

They recommended replacing a seven year old furnace. I got some estimates and learned that it just needed servicing, cleaning the flame sensor. So I simply paid another company to service the furnace. It now works like new. Save about $5,000-$6,000.
Very professional, quoted a fair price and we're on site when promised.

They gave me lots of options, all of which were within my (rather modest) budget, and the guys who did the work - Zack, Isaac, and Nathan - were really great. Super skilled, and hard working, they tore out my old furnace and a/c (horrible things!) and disposed of them for me; they then installed a beautiful new high efficiency Lennox system for around HALF of what another 'ahem' big name company quoted me. I say, you cannot go wrong with PoleStar!! Rob H

I greatly appreciated the urgency with which they attended to my repair. They were about $200.00 more than other firms, but given their response, professionalism and and overall quality of service. I would happily recommend them and would definitely hire them again.

Leak under the kitchen sink was not fixed on the March 4th visit or on the March 9th return visit. I hope that the third time will be the charm!

They arrived on time. Friendly, Professional, Courteous, They took time to listen and made suggestions. Even though the system I had them install was new to them they were able to navigate the instructions. I ll have them back for another project.
