Polestar went above and beyond my expectations when it came to getting my AC replaced in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. The turnaround time between purchasing a new unit and getting the new unit installed was less than 24 hour! I will definitely be using Polestar again in the future should I have any other heating, cooling, or plumbing needs arise.

They responded within 10 minutes from inputting my request. Good start. However, they did not show up during the planned time to give a quote. I called and said they did not know how that happened. We rescheduled the quote. When the field manager showed the next day up he could not diagnose the problem. He had to reschedule the diagnosis when the technician had the equipment that he was supposed to have. The diagnosis was re-scheduled, but they never showed up during the scheduled time. I love that when you call a person answers the phone. I never had to leave a message and wait for call back. Our service man Larry was very respectful and hardworking. I would recommend this company to all my friends.
