Polestar was very responsive which was very much appreciated as it was a holiday weekend. We spoke with a licensed technician right away and they arrived on time and provided a competitive quote to replace our A/C unit. We highly recommend Polestar and will definitely use them again.
The air conditioner unit they installed did not work from day one. They do not return phone calls or show up for scheduled appointments. Company refuses to remediate the problem or refund my money. I have 2 plumbers here for plumbing projects and both men were very, very courteous & professional
After I paid them, he said he would send a receipt to my email. To this day I still Have not received it. I still want it, for their accountability for the work done.

Great service
Polestar Plumbing did an excellent job of replacing a shower head, replacing 2 outdoor faucets, installing a new battery backup sump pump and replacing my main water valve. They were prompt and respectful of my property. They thoroughly explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.
