I waited for two hours for them to come for my first appointment. When they did not arrive during that window, I called to reschedule. I have just waited through the second 2 hour window without them arriving. Once again, I had to initiate a call to them to check status. I was informed that he?d been stuck at another job and it would be another 40 minutes. At this point, I politely told the rep I wanted to cancel and she hung up on me without a word.
I couldn't believe that they could be so reasonable!

They added a hot and cold tap on my garage. awesome job. I hired them again for a sink repair and install at a later date.
Did not show up to appointment.
Did good work, just are very pricey.
