Polestar Plumbing was the first company to answer my Angi search for service. I'd seen their name around before and decided to give them a try. They did great work and fixed the 2 faucet problems I had originally called on them for. Unfortunately, when Joe the plumber went to the basement to turn off the water, he discovered that my floor drain had backed up. Polestar was very responsive which was very much appreciated as it was a holiday weekend. We spoke with a licensed technician right away and they arrived on time and provided a competitive quote to replace our A/C unit. We highly recommend Polestar and will definitely use them again.
The air conditioner unit they installed did not work from day one. They do not return phone calls or show up for scheduled appointments. Company refuses to remediate the problem or refund my money. My experience with Polestar Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning has been horrendous. Buyers beware! Their air conditioner hasn't worked since day one. They do not show up for appointments or return phone calls. My experience with Polestar has been an absolute disaster!

I have 2 plumbers here for plumbing projects and both men were very, very courteous & professional
After I paid them, he said he would send a receipt to my email. To this day I still Have not received it. I still want it, for their accountability for the work done.
