The pros from Polestar were outstanding! I had several issues and they took the time to not only address the problem situation, but also advised of potential situations I might have if things went sideways (which they can do very easily with plumbing). Very satisfied. Thank you!

Knowledgeable and professional
They replaced not just our AC but also a new furnace. The estimate was clear and concise, they addressed some old house air handling issues we had. the crew showed up at 9 and was finished by 4:30. I was impressed and the system is definitely cooling this house better than the old one did.
Larry was amazing and explained everything to me in detail and in a way I could understand. He took a lot of time to make sure my unit was working in the best possible manner and adjusted some things as needed. He was very thorough very knowledgeable, very kind very polite and I hope when my unit is service next year, he is the one who does it!
