We had Polstar replace our ancient HVAC system and haul away the old equipment. The advisor who gave us the initial quote, Kayla Stevenson, was extremely knowledgeable and a joy to work with. The two young men who did the HVAC install were punctual, polite, worked expertly and efficiently, and left the area cleaner than they found it. Expensive.
Their proactive communication is terrible and every date they gave me was never met. A 2-3 day job became a 2 week job. Will not use them again for any plumbing issue
Did great job!
Polestar arranged for the City inspection (only contractor who addressed this potential issue), walked through the process and provided consistent communications and scheduling. Service personnel were equally professional and efficient. Had a small issue crop up after the install and they responded promptly and professionally which is really when when you can truly evaluate good customer service. Will gladly call them first for any future plumbing needs.
