This company is a joke!!!!!! In the first year of installation 3 technicians came out to inspect the system and how its working. 2 technicians failed to see that the system was not charged properly from day 1 . It took the 3rd tech to figure it out. Then after 3 years the outside unit fan motor went out. Supposedly this was still under warranty, but not labor warranty. They came out replaced the motor with an aftermarket one, and put the extra wires hanging on the fan shroud outside the unit. Charged us 643 dollars for a pis... read more
Had appointment for AC checkup between 8am-12. Received email at 9:47 that tech was finishing up last call and would be on his way. Called office again at 12:20 and was told he should be there soon, asked for eta, said dispatch would call me right back. 1:34 I called back to say I never received call back. After being placed on hold was told tech had issue on morning call but was finishing now up. 5:12 I called back and was told the tech shows he is driving to my house as we talked. Simple and easy to work with. Very helpful and cost efficient.
Company got nasty with the client and charged a lot of money for a 20 dollar part that needed to be installed.
We were able to come out quickly and got the job done within the quoted time.
Polestar is so unbelievably DEFICIENT in every respect (except sales), it is hard to adequately describe them within limited space. Do yourself a favor and STAY COMPLETELY AWAY from this company. Their many, many positive reviews must come from new customers with no follow-up service. Question: how many of the positive reviews are legitimate? My experience has been so terrible that I find it hard to believe it does not reflect who this company really is for all!
Out of everybody that quoted me, they had the middle price, but seemed the most knowledgeable. There were a few communication problems that caused delays, but I would still go with them again for anything that is difficult or needs extra care
They are always on time, friendly and efficient
Larry from Polestar was very helpful while serving my furnace. He was patient taking the time to explain how everything worked and what tests he was running. He made me feel confident in what he was doing.
