Polestar was excellent.
Very professional and great craftsmanship
Did very good work. Showed up on time. And charged a very reasonable price.
They are very unprofessional and sent a technician to my home who was not competently trained in water softening systems. The manager was called in to help with the issue but never showed up for our appointment window on two separate occasions. I would not recommend their services.
Installation of 2 smart thermostats was handled very professional;y including hands on programming of smart phone app Ian was outstanding and did not leave till I was fully comfortable with operation of new thermostats
Customer service was outstanding with Ross. He was very competent and polite. The service was quick but thorough. Very pleased.
By far the most responsive HVAC people I've ever worked with! Larry, our service tech who came to diagnose, quote & repair our furnace was extremely thorough in examining the primary problems and 2ndary problems with the unit. Knowing that I have some HVAC & electrical knowledge, he took the extra time to show & explain to me every step of his isolation & testing of each of the various components within the unit.
