Great service
Having some difficulty getting the follow up scheduled to check all the work, but the customer service, price and install all were great. No hassles, prompt install and the price was good saving me about $400 dollars.

The two guys were just very nice, and knew what they were doing. First they asked a question. Thatâ s what I liked about them, then everything went very well.
Old Sump Pump failed during a storm. Polestar showed up same day and installed a new system with battery back up, while working around the water remediation team. Great customer service!
Quick phone response, accurate estimate of cost and quick service.
They were great they were okay but I found them kind of expense if that's the only thing I didn't like about them too expensive
